- Eligibility: Unused, unassembled wagons (in original packaging) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged/Lost Shipments
- Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Lost: If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, file a claim with the carrier first. We’ll assist if needed.
